Sales We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In Store:
Sales We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Exchanges and Refunds:
Please Note: We only provide a Store Credit for all returns and exchanges. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded in store credit. You can then use the store credit on future KARO orders.

At this moment, we do not accept returns/exchanges on international purchases. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. Please note items may be held at your local post office for duty and tax collection until they are paid.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

What is Studio KARO and what do you offer?
Studio Karo is an art & clothing brand based in New York City. Karo offers collections of clothing, prints, and in-person community events to craft & mingle.
Where do you ship to and how long does shipping take?
We ship to the USA, Canada, Mexico, the UK, & Europe.
For domestic US orders, we ship within 1–3 business days, and they will arrive 1–3 days after.
For international orders, we ship within 1–3 business days, and it can take anywhere from 5–15 days to arrive. International orders are subject to delays out of our control.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
What is your return and exchange policy?

Are your products limited edition?
Most of our items are released on a limited drop basis. There are a few evergreen pieces that we will keep in stock – like the ;) collection.
